| PD days and common plans provide meaningful discussion and planning utilizing data and school or grade level goals. Monthly newsletter, weekly bulletins to teachers, class Dojo, data binders, character cards are all great tools. | Building staff/leadership seem to be working in silos; tit would be beneficial to work with more cohesion and unity across levels. Staff teams are meeting together but it does not seem bound by a common goal/vision. |
